Parking at the rear of the property was a bit tight, requiring careful maneuvering to secure a space. The ceilings in the cottage felt quite low, which posed a constant challenge for taller guests trying to move around comfortably. while the cottage had charm, those low ceilings made it feel somewhat cramped at times.

We found the location to be perfect, right in the heart of the village, making it easy to explore nearby shops and local attractions. The garden area provided a lovely escape, and the attention to detail in the decor added a unique charm that we truly appreciated.

The warm welcome from Tyrone and Neil was unforgettable, they really knew how to make us feel at home right from the start. We found delightful little surprises, like fresh milk and chocolates waiting for us in the room, which made our stay feel really special.

I stayed in a Double Room and it was super comfy! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious for an old building. Loved all the little touches that showed the owners care, like the homemade treats waiting for us. Breakfast was amazing too, full English with loads of options. Great vibe overall!

Just a solid selection for a flash stay in Porlock with good price-value balance. The homemade lemon drizzle cake was a nice touch after a long hike. Keep in mind the ceilings are low if you're taller than average.
